How important is Ethics Training!
[BUAD840] Ethics training promoted with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.It required publicly traded companies to disclose whether they have adopted a code of ethics for senior officers. In an HR magazine artice it shows that "More for-profit companies have provided ethics and compliance training than ever before," says Harned, citing 2003 research by the ERC showing that 54 percent of employees say their organizations provide ethics training.

[Britology Watch: Deconstructing 'British Values'] This brings about a peculiar reversal whereby the formal process of subscribing (to use GB’s term) to the principles - rights and responsibilities - of UK / British citizenship that would-be settlers here will have to go through, if GB’s proposals are implemented, make them almost more properly British citizens than those who consider themselves as in some degree British by virtue of having always lived here and of viewing themselves - additionally or primarily - as English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish. This is because, under GB’s vision, the process of becoming a British citizen is transformed into a rite of passage, where you have to pass a number of tests that prove the sincerity of your wish to be a British citizen which, through the rights and responsibilities citizenship embodies and enacts, actually means something:
